Sorry we're not with you yet, Carolina. We hope to be with you as soon as possible. If you would like to be notified as soon as we're available for you, please register your postcode and email address on our site > https://deliveroo.co.uk/. Our apologies for any disappointment in the meantime. Doesn't filter out closed restaurants, making delivery very difficult after staying late at the office. Zero for two on two orders tonight, with no appology for the wasted time. Wasn't informed that the first order was cancelled until I called (due to the order making no progress over 10 minutes and suspecting there was an issue). If you're ordering late in Singapore, Uber Eats seems to be the more reliable choice.

Hi Richard, Many apologies that you had difficulties with your order. We'd like you to give us another try to deliver to you. Please email us support@deliveroo.co.uk so we can follow up on this with you. When the app is killed in background and reopening the app, the cart gets destroyed. Editing the cart is not easy and intuitive. On some restaurants ingredients on the description doesn't match the name when you try to remove them by editing the product. Once I start editing the cart there is no way I can get rid of the "delete" icon. Please review the UX and the technical part.

But it hasn't taken the time change to BST into account. I placed an order for 17:30 but the app said it would be delivered at 16:30. When I rang them, they confirmed it was booked for 17:30 but the app still showed the wrong time
took my money then called when the food was expected to say there was no food but i could have my money in 5 to 10 days. how hack firms like this even operate is beyond me. one and only time i will ever use. avoid if you appreciate food and money

Sorry to hear you experienced some issues when trying to order Kelly. Please get in contact with our support team on support@deliveroo.co.uk and we'll help follow up this for you. Could do with more accurate geolocation, and the ability to tip after a delivery rather than before. Some restaurants abuse the system and take 10 minutes to accept or refuse an order. Otherwise, good app!
No longer accepts PayPal and still has higher delivery fee than just eat. I don't want to give you my CC number, bring back PayPal.
Scheduled delivery time in app is incorrect. Seems to be correct on back-end though as email confirmation has correct time as does the customer support team. Suspect timezone bug in app.
It is a joke .!! ordered 24 hours prior to the delivery required then half hour before they tell me they can not do it. My money has now gone into limbo with it being 5 days after the money has been allocated to them. Still waiting for a refund Terrible customer service from the customer support. I wanted to log complaint only to be told excuse and say that I am confused . worst business I have dealt with in my life .... just want my money back

We're sorry to hear that we're not delivering to your area yet, Zubair. Please enter your details into our website and we'll be sure to notify you as soon as we're in your neck of the woods. Menu great unfortunately I do not want my food delivery to be spoilt by delivery persons moaning about how exhausted they are bringing my food. If you are not fit and able do not be doing what you are doing!
Slick and simple to use, but, the kicker is the restaurants on offer. We've just eaten 'out' at home. Progress is tracked from beginning to end, and I literally wanted to hug the rider when he arrived. This will become my default food delivery service. Absolutely recommended.
Delivery timing committed is not met. For example it says "40 mins" then takes 1.5 hours!

Sorry for the confusion Rithesh, Please know you can change your home address yourself on the app, If you'd like some assistance please get in contact by calling us on 020 3322 3444 or via live chat. The app's delivery times are consistently wrong by (often) 1 hour. I have used it a fair bit and would say that over the past couple of months 1/2 the orders didn't arrive anywhere near the time stipulated. If u have an alternative, go with that.

Selection cleared when switch over to answer phone call ... why suddently become like that ?
The service is good but the app has very limited functionality. I got a voucher code that i couldn't add, there's nowhere to write special requests to the restaurant, etc. Very basic.

You order food on the app that then gets further delivered to your door, what could you complain about?
The estimated time for food arrival is accurate. No issues with finding address, I would say the vat is a bit high Β£3 considering if you're order is already high then at least you can give a descent tip to the rider.
Great service in Ipswich. Food delivered before time announced by the app and still hot! Also like when it buzz when they are at your front door. Very clever :)
When things go wrong with the app, customer services gives you excuse after excuse rather than tell you rhetoric truth. I haven't heard so many lies told in one ago especially coming from a company.

It's very easy to use, smooth process, the only thing missing is being able to leave a note for the restaurant about the order itself.
Life saving app for those hungover weekends, and to get that food inside of your bellyyyyyyy!!
I dont really find it convenient when filtering options, but I admit there really isn't any other one better, all work with the same categorisation
I've had issues with vendors not delivering. Then I call 3 hours late with no explanation of why or what happend.
