Ratings and reviews

Tried to add a credit card, and the fill-in form is in Vietnamese and missing US as a country (or, at least, it's difficult to find because they mixed Vietnamese and English names in an endless scroll menu). This is on the "English" setting. As adding cards isn't an issue in a certain other app (begins with a "G"), just use that instead.

No one should use this app. Ordered a coffee. Driver called and said he could not deliver but still stick complete the order in the app. After that I could not find any way to report and take back my money for this case. The app said I need to report within 12 hour but it did not say how. It only direct me to a stupid chat box that said I should contact the driver. No way to contact a human being or a button to cancel the order and take back my money.

The Shoppee Food app has access to my GPS, but it refuses to accept the address I specify (consistent with GPS) and it proposes to send food to addresses literally 7 km from where I am. Then, Shoppee Good sends the food to random, ridiculous addresses. The maps that Shoppee Food gives to it's delivery drivers show the address I have provided, but with maps to totally different locations. Everyone is confused Drivers are angry and demand extra money. It takes longer for me to get my food.
