The AR Assistant uses augmented reality to provide step by step guidance when replacing parts on a Dell system. This app enables an assisted self-service experience, providing disassembly and reassembly instructions on parts replacement.

More models would be nice, but a promising concept if parts could also be ordered with some troubleshooting.

Only supports some of their products. For example, none of the Alienware desktops are there.

Just installed in a Galaxy S21 5g. During installation, I was warned that it might not work properly in newer phones. It doesn't. I can enter and then "create" (save) a different name for an app without any obvious difficulty, but the new name is not there when I view the app on my home page or app list. A shame this hasn't been upgraded to work.
