Its hard to view tickets and not know the location especially since we have 65 different locations and travel. Please give the ability to sort by location or a custom field....still no update. Helpdesk needs to flow like email.
I have not been able to use this app for months and months. We are coming up on renewal, guess i need to start looking.
Since the last update we are unable to save change on Android/Samsung device's. Come on Quest?

The broken pin save is absolutely killing my service excellence.
Newest update crashed pin login This is a very efficient app and used it a lot but since the update I have to modify my credentials(retyping a letter) then hit login every time I open the app. Please fix and will be back to 5 star review :) thank you developers
Bug fixes in this update:
* Can now view ticket attachments whose filenames have spaces (Also requires version 7.1 update on the appliance)
* The "Show Attachment Only" option in ticket details will now hide comments without attachments
* The "Owners Only" option is now available when adding a comment to a ticket
* End users can now search knowledge base articles
* Users can now link an asset to a Service Desk ticket
