Consistently will not let me access through app or website. Strongly considering changing banks. This is an inexcusable inconvenience that has continued to be ignored.
For the last 6 months I have been getting the error message on my phone, desk top, and tablet. I am highly considering going to another bank because of this. I like to be able to check my accounts daily because of id theft and the like. Seems like I can't do that with this bank
Fingerprint sensor support Please add fingerprint sensor login. No excuse not to have it nowadays.
Constant problem to login!
Needs work Have a new phone. The app dosen't work anymore. Always an error. Uninstalled and reinstalled about 10xs still nothing. Went in the bank reset everything including password still nothing. Very frustrating! I bank online due to my banks location. I love the bank. I dislike that the app isn't functional.
Terrible App! App was always sticky and slow. Now isn't working at at. Keep getting an error message. Been like this for weeks. Don't get me started on trying to deposit a check! I rely almost entirely on mobile and online access. Now I may have to switch banks. A shame.
