Every time I click on the app it says that I have no internet connection when I do, I have to click the ok button 15 times before it will even let me put my password in!!!! Very annoying please fix it I'm using a new ZTE Zmax Pro, I've checked my service and I do have internet connection but this app always says I don't

Consistently will not let me access through app or website. Strongly considering changing banks. This is an inexcusable inconvenience that has continued to be ignored.
For the last 6 months I have been getting the error message on my phone, desk top, and tablet. I am highly considering going to another bank because of this. I like to be able to check my accounts daily because of id theft and the like. Seems like I can't do that with this bank
