The app just gets worse. My wife and I had separate reservations on the same flight. Nearly every time I woke my screen while on my boarding pass it would forget I even had a trip and take me to her boarding pass. I'd have to log back in, navigate to my trips, refresh, then it would show up again. Incredibly frustrating. Then due to delays I ended up buying us new tickets in first class on the last flight out but wouldn't let me cancel the old tickets in the app.

App works well most of the time, especially for booking flights, however, upgrading when checking in has upgraded the wrong leg on two occasions (with no acknowledgement from Delta). Getting boarding passes seems to only works on Wi-Fi, not on cell service (frequently unavailable errors). 9These errors combined with a lack of acknowledgement of the problem downgrades the app from 4 or 5 stars to 1 star. I cannot trust it for anything but initial reservations, which I can do over the web.

Update 6/30/22: No longer seeing the same issues. Seems to be much better now. -------- Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. Consistently getting a 'technical difficulties' message when I try to log in; works once after reinstalling, then fails again. Edit: Disabling biometric login appears to help avoid this issue.
