Since the update, the app is in permanent "offline mode" regardless of whether I'm connected to Wi-Fi or using data. I'm sitting at an airport and can't even use the app. Please fix this "offline mode" crap
This app doesn't work. Nothing but error messages and apologies. They bill it as a way to check and update your travel plans but you can't do any of that. Can't check in, select seats, pay, upgrade or even get a boarding pass.
I like the app and how easy it is to use! The only thing I don't like is I can't see my vouchers and certificates in the Wallet section in the app....only on the internet! It would be helpful if that was updated so the full Wallet worked in the app like it does the internet. Thanks
Since latest update it crashes when just trying to open it. I used this all the time as I travel regularly for work, and now it doesn't even run.
Crappiest airline in the US. With worst customer service. Rudest help desk and bunch of liars who are willing to go out of your way to make sure their economy class is a big pain enough to convince the customers for an upgrade.
It is not working. I am connected, trying to book, but says I am offline. How can you do this to customers. Why such poor quality. This better not be a reflection on your equipment.
