App was fine until I got a new phone. Now I can't open the app. Hangs at the water drop as others have stated. Tried clearing data and cache. Rebooted. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. Who lets their app go like this? Update: Just cancelled my membership because the app still won't open on my new phone and my old phone is about to be sold. FIX YOUR APP!

They still have not fixed the issue with it being unable to open. I'm at least not in a rush because they haven't rebilled me despite over a moth passing since I signed up for one of their memberships, but this is ridiculous. We could at least get around this problem if they would let us manage our memberships online, but I guess that's wishful thinking at this point. If I could give zero stars, I would choose that instead.

I never write app reviews, however this app is such garbage I had to say something. this app is literally worse than a paper weight, because at least a paper weight does something. this app just takes space on your phone and never works. all I want to do is cancel this stupid renewal but of course I can never get into the app and they don't have a direct website I can find. very frustrating, it's probably intentional to keep people from cancelling memberships.
