I modified the activity names to Walk and Workout. For Walk, I listen to Pimsleur language lessons as I walk most days for 30 min or 1 hr. Workout means yard work for me. I'm 73. I also make diet notes that help me recall the unfortunate rises in the graph. Started at 240 lbs. Halfway to 185, so far. The recording keeps me focused. Weight War is precisely what I'd hoped for.
