It's under construction, except all the workers are on strike--since day one! One day, credentials work, next day, they don't. Try a couple more times and you get locked out until you call cust service, only during bankers' hours. Nobody pays attention to the app OR its numerous one star reviews. What happens is, someone goes to a convention, learns "everyone has an app," returns and designates someone to come up with an app. It's slapped together, then forgotten. THIS, is THAT app.

O have my passwords auto filled with Samsung and I try to log in kicks me back out to the main log in then I try regular log in and dose the same thing tired unistalling the app and didn't work tried restarting my phone niether worked. 🤬 Don't get me wrong it's a a great app to look at your balances and transfer and do everything on there but they need to fix this ASAP

I've been banking with (Dccu) now known as zing for a long time now and the banking experience is great and unmatched other then the mobile deposit times with other online banking apps such as USbank they will be able to deposit your check on the same day usually within the same hour as long as you are posting withing business hours and with Zing app it takes up to 12 hours some times more I wish you could change this if possible
