Work Order Features
· View service dispatches & work order information.
· View and edit customer contact information.
· Give the office real-time status updates with time tracking.
· Use mapping and routing, & turn-by-turn driving directions.

When it works, it's great. Problem is that it consistently has errors syncing from server, the history often doesn't appear like it should, for some reason when typing in this app the first letter of a sentence is not automatically capitalized like it should, my latest error wouldn't even let me log out of the app, so I had to delete it and reinstall it. At the beginning of 2019, it used to work great, never had issues, but starting around Fall 2019, it constantly has problems.

This app although started off a little buggy, with appropriate calls and chats to support, they have made many improvements. Make sure you compress the pictures you use for item and category pics. They have definitely made the software much smoother on Android Tablet. Update 12/2019: Each new development creates more issues than it solves and most issues involving lost invoices or error syncing require fresh dispatches and invoices to be created from scratch. I hope it gets better.

I have used for two weeks and have had continuous problems. It crashes and loses all information i have logged into it. Then it freezes up continuously while I'm out in the field trying to enter data in system. It is making my job even more time consumeing. It tells you click the cloud if in area with poor service and it will save progress and it has failed to work yet for me . Every time you turn around iys updateing and during that time it is glitchy . Needs some work would be ok .
