Close your eyes, put on the headphones and choose one of the natural sounds and relax or sleep better.

Train your concentration and relax listening to the natural sound. Choose a time and not think about anything until the sound ends. Should gradually increase the time to increase the concentration.

Sorry, but I was disappointed by the music. Musical standards have fallen far over the last 20 years. (If a group like The Beatles appeared today, I'm sure people would find their music too complicated to enjoy.) This pianist sounded self-taught, and the "songs" were the typical unimaginative, repetitious two-bar phrases you hear everywhere now. I'd find it too annoying and discouraging to fall asleep to. I'm giving it 4 ⭐ anyway because I realize I'm in the minority. 🙄

Just installed this app and listened to a few pieces of music so far. Have to say so far I'm really impressed. Beautiful, relaxing music. Superb to listen to at the end of a long day. Great way to de-stress. Thanks for all your efforts to create something so brilliant.
