When purchased the app and completed the payment.. i start with the first mobile phone number.. the only message i got is :Internal error ! and the problem persisted after I changed the number.. restarted the app.. now .. what to do? Is there any solution? Shall I ask for refund??!?

I have subscribed for one week, but it's not working and it shows internet server error!!! Please correct it or give me my amount back.
