It has been incredibly buggy for a while now. With frequent errors that constantly prevent access to diverse informations. Right now, I cannot acces the details of any of my account. It indictes an error and forces me to log back on, only to happen again if I click my account again. Whoever is programming this probably also works for the security services, it would explain all the data leaks.

Hello Derek! I am sorry about the difficulties you are experiencing. I invite you to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I also suggest that you turn off and restart your device completely before testing again. If the problem is still not resolved, you can contact an advisor at 1-800-224-7737. Have a good day - Rose

I used to use this app all the time, but even since I changed my phone (Google Pixel 6) it doesn't let me log in amymore, I get an error message LGN1013. It is now unusable. EDIT: I had to reinstall the app, delete the local storage data and redo the entire credentials/biometrics setup and now it's working again. Thanks!

The app works for banking Why the one star? It uses Tracker called Urban Airship that sends out my e-mail address and GPS location. Even when the app is off. I do no have this with my other banking apps. Edit: 12 June 2022. I have a screen shot of DuckDuckGo blocking 90+ attempts by Urban Airship. This is insane as the app is logged out and off. I will be calling as requested.
