Update: i reached out to support, and they were able to fix the problem. App is great for communication and scheduling of services for my pup at daycare. 4 star due to length of time to correct issue (8 days). App has not worked in over 3 months. I keep getting an unknown error message. Un-installed app and then installed again. Same error. Cleared cache. Same error.

I see a lot of old Bad Reviews, so let me leave my own now that it's half way to 2027! I came over from Rover and Wag as a Top Pet Caregiver for 3 years, Wag is horrible now and clearly tanking. I booked 3 Sittings with Yourgi as soon as I downloaded it, and my client indeed got $100 off, and I got a $50 sign on Bonus. They gave my Dog insurance for a year and they only take 10% where Wag takes 40%! I have had no glitches yet and support is responsive! I meet the owners next week! Great company!

The app would not send a verification code to my phone number. I tried several times. I tried my spouse's phone number, and it worked. I entered all of my pets' information into the app, then it all disappeared. I started over, entered my spouse's number again, and received the same verification code as the first (hmmm). I entered my pets' information again and reached the point where I could save a password. However, the app had an error and could not save any data. So, I uninstalled the app.
