Update: i reached out to support, and they were able to fix the problem. App is great for communication and scheduling of services for my pup at daycare. 4 star due to length of time to correct issue (8 days). App has not worked in over 3 months. I keep getting an unknown error message. Un-installed app and then installed again. Same error. Cleared cache. Same error.

It is a hot mess. It has broken links and circles back to main questions. You find the place you want to book? Great. Select book and it takes back to select where you want to book. It's endlessly frustrating. Edit 1/2/23 The app still sucks. After updating my address information it still suggests centers that are states away. After favoriting the only one we go to, it suggests centers states away. O/5 stars. Solves no problems and creates new ones!

This app is annoying. Every time I try to book something, it gets to the calendar, and it just spins and kicks me back to the beginning or completely out of the app. I've logged out and back in, restarted my phone, and made sure the app was up to date and it keeps happening. My pets' daycare facility wants us to use this app, but I can't, so I have to call them to do anything right now.
