Great app but.. A couple of things; Since Lollipop FM breaks "private mode" on my Note 4. Also needs a "Force Mount now" button. Awesome program, please fix the private mode bug. Thanks.
Works flawlessly on Moto X but a no go on Huawei Honor 4C One of the many apps I tried that actually works. The rest didn't worked up to my expectations. You deserve huge thanks dev! Alright, it doesn't work on Huawei Honor 4C. It detects an incompatible file system sdcardfs and asks if it should fix it. I grant the permission, device reboots and it again asks for the patch. I hope you can fix this.
Unable to purchase pro version. Can't buy pro version PayPal is suspended and when I try doing it through Google play I get an error saying unable to get a Google play connection even though Google play purchases work fine doing it normally.
good but now most big files game hate to live in external storage. so when u mount it, u will be forced to still download to internal storage for the game to run i.e. modern combat and other gayloft series. or the awesome brave frontier. still, a good app. foldermount had did its job well. its up to gayloft to manage their files.
YOU NEED ROOT. That said, this app does what it says and it does it well (better than others). Many data-intensive apps won't allow you to utilize the capacious storage of your new 64-GB SD card (or whatever). How rude! If you can find where they are storing their data, you can re-map it to your external storage. This app makes it easy and will even set up the target folder for you and move the contents. Make sure to flip the switch once it's done (an extra step)! It adds itself to the device's startup apps, so you set it once and forget about it. An option on the menu will unlock the capability to map folders outside of the internal SD card area, such as /data/data/com.your.app.here/files. Example apps that I've tested include Ambio, Google Translate, and B&N Nook. I've also moved the DCIM folder and the Download folder, among others. The small price of upgrade is well worth it.
