Ratings and reviews

Downloaded and installed.. opened the app, and it prompts you to log in. No register or sign up button.. just log in. What are we using to log in with, if there is no register process. Tried using my ebay login, since it is supposed to work for ebay, invalid account response.

How can you CORRECTLY AND RESPECTFULLY rate before actually using it... same situation as my sandwich shop, we are closed on Mondays and people want to give 1 star ratings because we are closed, there are signs and alerts on every website which says that. You cant rate something 0 or a 5 if you've never actually EXPERIENCED IT. What is this world coming to? Great example of why the rest of the world hates americans. Giving our opinion about something we no nothing about. Go USA. HA!
