Excellent overview and aggregation of news from multiple sources. And it's really good at digging up the RSS/atom feed when you provide it with a website URL. The web interface is also really good (I use that more than the app). It shows just enough information to let you decide wether you want to open the article in your browser or not. And of you aren't quite sure, you can usually click the article and get a longer preview of its content. I have been using it for a couple of years, and are still happy with it.
I switched over from Pulse, since LinkedIn burned Pulse to the ground. This app is the best replacement I've seen so far, but still needs improvements to things such as easily searching sources (Why can't I easily find an updated Wired source? I had to find the url for their rss feed to get Wired on Feedly) and more fine tuned controls to lists (instead of being auto alphabetized).
This app does it's job well. As a news reader there is not much else to be desired however, the interface is a little too sensitive for my tastes. For example it is far to easy to accidentally go to the next page of articles when moving your fingers. This is especially apparent with one page article displays.
Would be nice if I could control the text and background colour of the themes. I tend to use the night theme all the time, because my display is AMOLED and that saves me a lot of battery, however, the greyish tint of the text makes it much harder to read during the day.
I always had this problem with layout when using Google Reader, but its gone away when I ported to feedly, and feedly provides instant access to Google Reader to grab all my existing rss subscriptions and that clears some issues with initial setup. I'm also impressed that the android version allows connection to instapaper, so I eliminate the need to purchase the android version of instapaper. Great app and thanks!
A great way to get your news. The single issue I have is that I really dislike that there is no option for continuously scrolling the headlines, instead you sort of flip through pages of them. It's a bizarre design choice that annoys me enough that I am docking it one star.
