What a terrible experience this has been. Someone named Carmen kept calling and completely dominated the conversation. I made an appointment and was given a time/date. Devoted never kept the time. it cost me an entire afternoon waiting for them to contact me. Carmen just hangs up when she doesn't get to hear what she wants.

all I want to know is if I can use my over the counter food card at Kroger's. why is that such a difficult question to answer. there should also be a list of stores that allow this card
