Log in with your Dexcom account to:

Ratings and reviews

It's nice to be able to get reports and it's pretty accurate. That being said, I have to carry around a reader all the time and have to plug said reader into my computer in order to get reports. For the price of Dexcom, seems like I would be able to just connect to my phone. At the very least, send the readings from the reader to the app so I don't have to plug into the computer to update? Other cgm makers seem to be able to make their apps work. Can't we do better, Dexcom?

If I could give 0.5 stars I would. It will not let me log in. I have uninstalled the app multiple times so please don't tell me to do that...I'm not stupid. I don't want to have a phone call either, that infuriates me because it is usually someone who doesn't speak nor understand English. This app needs to be fixed in multiple ways...I have been reading some of the other reviews and I am not the only one. Your answer is always to fill out the form...useless because the form is horrible.

I find it terribly deficient in a few ways. First of all, if you look at statistics for 2 weeks it lumps all Monday readings, then all Tuesday readings, etc to calculate stats. We'll, that makes no sense. Each reading is independent of the other. The app should calculate each day separately. Next I would like to see daily summaries compiled in a report that include totals for carbs, Insulin intake, etc. It could also show GMI on a daily basis, so you could track it over time.
