With the Dexcom ONE+ mobile app†, users can access their real-time glucose readings at a glance and set customisable alerts that can help warn of highs and lows, all with no finger pricks* or scanning.

The Dexcom ONE+ mobile app† has been designed with enhanced features to help in the management of diabetes:
• The app-led onboarding allows users get started in a few clicks only.
• Share your glucose data with up to 10 followers who can monitor your glucose data and trends on their compatible smart device with the Dexcom Follow app. Share and Follow functions require an internet connection.
• Key diabetes metrics displayed in the Clarity Card section of the mobile app, so that users can see both real-time and retrospective glucose data.**
• Event logging where users can track activities like meal intake, exercise sessions and insulin injections, helping them better understand their glucose patterns.1
• Alerts to notify users 12-hours before the end of a sensor session, so you can change your sensor when it’s convenient for you.1

Ratings and reviews

The app still takes over my phones setting even though the banner says it will not. Pauses music, even muted a call, as well as other apps every 5 seconds if my sugars are high and low. Can't change the time or back date of a meal or insulin note. Went online and reported the same issue, they have done nothing. I like some of the improvements from the one but the plethora of irritating notifications is really driving me crazy.

A vast improvement on previous software (Dexcom One). All the basic information is to hand and it is reliable in the sensor connection. Loving the Health Connect integration! How could it be improved? Allow NFC syncing of insulin pens, and negate the need to manually add. But a good, if not (yet) perfect app... ... BUT the history tab has become unusable. It's so slow😥

Mostly positive but some negative experience with the app and sensor communications. It is annoying that I have to take my phone with me just to go to the next room to make a cuppa. But Libre is the same. You can get whole reports with graphs to print. I love that it allows you to calibrate the sensor in the app unlike Libre. I'm torn between Libre and dexcom due to cost, length of sensor and dexcom stings to install and leaves bruising on me where libre doesn't.
