This app is genius! We have a washer and dryer, but I take the big bulky stuff to the laundromat. Last time I went to the new laundromat. I had one-dollar bills to put in the change machine but their change machine wasn't working and it was late at night. I saw the DexterPay sign, downloaded the app, and was good to go! You can easily pay and keep track of each load as it goes through its cycle. And they have a rewards program and exclusive promotions to save money! Love this app!

The app is useful, saves time so I don't have to get cash, but I only downloaded it for the promo (which didn't work). I used the app to pay for each wash, & that was really straightforward & simple. I used Google Pay. There's a sign plastered on the new laundromat telling people to download the app and enter the promo code "WELCOME" to get a free wash, but the promo code doesn't work. I'm giving 3 stars because the promos don't work & that makes the marketing/posters seem scammy.

This was my first time using the app and it will be my last. Washing was ok. It gave me the proper wash time. Now, the dryer was a different story. First, it only gives you 3 minutes at a time instead of allowing you to put in the time you need. I gave it a try, 3 minutes time but stopped after 2 minutes but the app showed it was still running. Tried it again and got same result. Thanks, but NO THANKS! Going back to using coins.
