About this app

This Android application allows you to quickly and securely read data from the Electronic Identity Card (CEI) using NFC technology. Simply enable NFC on your phone, enter CAN, enter PIN(4 digits), place your CEI near the device, and the information will instantly appear on your screen.

Useless app. It doesn't work as it should be. When I tried it, fisrt it said the can code was incorrect, then the pin, even though they are the correct ones. 1 week later, it throws a communication error, or please hold the id still. These happened while the phone had maximum strength internet connection, and the id was on the table with the phone on top of it. I would rate it 0/5, but the Play Store doesn't allow that. Also, it drains battery as if you're on tiktok and youtube at the same time.

Reads the card correctly IF you know your short PIN code, IF your phone has an NFC reader and IF you know how to use it. No problems with it whatsoever. The app doesn't seem to do anything else, but what it does works exactly how I want it to. What might have been helpful is an image showing where to find the CAN code, in case people forgot. The ability to display the pin code while it's being entered is a common feature on password fields nowadays, but this app doesn't allow it. But it works.

It doesn't work. Ever since I got my new ID, I haven't been able to scan it once. I understand that this is new, but I really do wish they worked harder on polishing the NFC reader. It always gives me a communication error and I can't use it.
