Impossible to register/login. It sends a code to verify your phone, you enter it and nothing happens. DHL is a convoluted mess. There are so many subsidiaries you are sent from one place to another just to track a parcel. The amount of loops you have to jump through to just get this information is also frustrating. It's far easier to check tracking on the website, once you finally find the right one that is. This app is redundant.

Reply: DHL is international. English is international. There are over 5 million English speaking in Thailand. You arent the only app in Thailand. My phone language is English and the app should recognize this or it's poorly written. not in English and had to know Thai in order to get to where settings were. not intuitive at all. But settings is in Thai. That's not to smart or intuitive. I had to get it translated to set English.

Tracking codes don't work in the app. I have gotten many that start with DHL thrn get transfered to USPS for final delivery. It seems to be a different kind of tracking number. Either way... these tracking codes NEVER work. They always say that it is not a valid tracking number. But it is, cause when I click the link in my email, it goes to the DHL website and works. So frustrating. What's the point t of the app.
