For the last ten years I've received word of the day notifications. Lately I noticed I haven't been getting them so I checked and the setting was turned off. I tried to turn it on and it directed me to my phone settings. From there, it told me this app doesn't send notifications. So I can't even "allow notifications". So that tells me it's an app problem. Update glitch maybe?

The offline feature used to work but now it doesn't for whatever reason. This was the main reason I purchased the premium version of the app. I do a lot of reading and traveling around and wanted to have the dictionary available at all times when I need to look up words. The doesn't work for offline at all. You still need wifi or be connected to your mobile phone network. False advertisement and a big disappointment. I will try to get my money back.

I've had the Premium version for years and I loved many of the features, including the offline dictionary, the etymology tab, and the crossword puzzle. The app has gotten clunky since the update though, and I am thoroughly disappointed. I can't even sign back into my account because you guys can't send a recovery link to me (I even tried in browser and on desktop). C'mon guys!
