Ratings and reviews

A user has installed the app, and used my email address. I receive all receipts and location information for this female user. This seems highly unsafe. I have contacted customer support several times, only to receive the same canned response - login to the app and delete my account. Obviously, I cannot do this, as I do not have the app, nor an account. I keep asking them to contact the user that is using my address, via phone or text, to no avail.

Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.

Very unreliable app. I found that the promos that didi email you are not redeemable. It takes you on a waste of time journey through the app when trying to use promo codes. To the point where it brings you to either "open in app" or "download the app" ... bearing in mind you have the app open 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Also couldn't even connect to a driver to and from Auckland Central. Uber saved the day and night! Rather pay a little more for better and reliable service.
