App is so slow and frustrating to use
Adding a single coupon requires three clicks. Then the app thinks and thinks, finally returning to the list of coupons. Your competitors offer a single click experience. When we enter our phone numbers at checkout, we are freely giving you our full buying habits. In return, you owe us a simple, elegant app experience. And you failed. You have lost me to your competitors who understand user-centered design.
Drop the add to LIST from digital coupon selection. Not everyone needs your shopping list. 10/28/17 update. Still have the stupid shopping list forced on you to utilize digital coupons. Guess I'll stick with Schnucks and delete this app once and for all.
Ad not updated by monday morning. Adding an item is impossible if the app can't find the item. The app runs slowly in store. Clipped coupons are not always applied in store
This app is really well made. It's very polished and clean but I have had a few issues. First, when you first sign up, you cannot close out of the offer without accepting it. Also, when you click outside of the offer, it still interacts with the app in the background. When you tap outside of the offer, it should close. It should also have an X to close out of the offer. Second, the logo is bad. Only half of the word Dierberg's is showing. It seems unprofessional. Third, selecting coupons takes too long. There should be a way to swipe them and either add them or hide them and then be able to see your hidden coupons for future use. There should be a way to search for coupons because when there are a lot of coupons, scrolling will be cumbersome. Fourth, when getting the location of an item, more than just the aisle should display. Ideally, the exact location would show. When viewing the map, the current viewing window is too small to be usable. It should go to a different window to have more viewable space. Also, if an item is added to your cart, you should be able to do an "Optimize your Shopping Experience" when it takes you around the store in the most optimized way.
Why do I have to sign in to use store locator? Last night I asked store employees to help me find an item. Nobody could find it. Saw the sign for the app, so I thought I would try that. Big signup/ signin process. No thanks. Lucky that another shopper was able to point me to the item.
Sorry if you were having trouble with the My Cart feature. No worries, it’s been fixed!
