I've just started using this app so I'm still getting used to it, but what I love is the reminders as well as the way it looks fun and exciting. I just gave birth a few months ago, and Im working hard to get back where I was before. Its hard work especially trying to find time to exercise, but having the reminders really inspire me to keep working hard because soon I will see progress!!! Try it it's awesome!!
Best weight loss app My love for this app, seriously 💕, none of that ’input calories', just goals and reminders, challenges you can set yourself (park the car further from work and walk, drink 8 glasses of water today) and a customiseable character to remind you of your goals as well as a space to view your motivational images and so many helpful tips! The no.1 weight loss app undoubtedly!
I am one that is rubbish with "diets", drinking water and exercise.. I like that this app you track your weight loss, set reminders to keep drinking water, iv even set to do squats and jumping jacks every hr.. Ok it won't make me loose a stone by next week but I'm happy knowing I can amend the reminders when I find the exercise too easy. Plus every time I get temptation I can click the app for motivation :)
I use the free version and this app is perfect for staying motivated. You can add pictures of your own, it clearly tells you your weight, how much you've lost and based on your daily progress how long it would take you to reach your goal. The alerts are helpful and encourage me to fulfill daily goals. The avatar and clothing you get as rewards is not an effective reward, I could care less. Its a simple app but effective.
