About this app

The Diet'Lexic application allows you to have, without an internet connection, access to the nutrient table of around 1000 foods chosen by me.

You will find the contribution of all fruits and vegetables, basic starches, dairy products, meat, fish, eggs, oils, spices... as well as their detailed macronutrient composition (type of sugar , type of fat...) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements).

You can therefore search directly for a food, but also do the reverse search by directly searching for foods that contain the most of a specific nutrient (iron, magnesium, etc.).

It is a tool for nutrition professionals, but also for patients who want to know a little more about what they eat.

You will also find explanatory videos on the usefulness of each of the nutrients available to expand your knowledge of nutrition.

This is a free application without advertising, which aims to help you on a daily basis.

The data in the application are those from the ANSES / Ciqual royalty-free database.

I created this app for my patients, but you are free to use it as you wish.

Hope it is helpful in understanding what you eat.

Reminder: I am not a professional programmer, the application may be subject to some bugs. If so, or if you would like to add items to the database, please let me know.
