DigicelTV App is a cloud-based multimedia streaming platform for smartphones where you can watch selected TV channels with a sports, entertainment, kids or premium package. You can download this app via Google Play Store (Android OS) or on Apple Store (iOS), only available to Digicel subscribers (both prepaid and postpaid users).



How do I get started?

All you need to start watching is a Digicel ID account and an active DigicelTV subscription.



You can create an account and purchase a subscription to DigicelTV at MyDigicel App (MDA) or via USSD once you have downloaded the app.

Not even worth a star, the app repeatedly fails to work, basic TV programs can't even be played... I wanted to use this app for the live sports... But the app can't even fetch the subscription plans for me to choose from... A waste of time n effort to create a account when the outcome of using this app is just ridiculous, Either you guys fix the bugs in your apps programming and hire someone who does know how to make a mobile TV app.

First I thought this app was better than playgo app. But after using it for some weeks it went crash and loading in the middle of watching. Clear the cache and switch on/off to flight mode as directed by an agent but I can't see any difference. Still the issue remains. So in this case I will uninstall this app until the bugs are fixed.

Can't imagine how Digicel can recommend this app as a replacement to Playgo when most of the channels are locked and play performances are so poor. Most programs cannot be streamed or played. You cannot complete watching News telecast or movies without the sudden and continuous breaks in programs. I would totally recommend for complete overhaul of this app or replacing with a more simpler and convenient app.
