Digilocker is a very useful app. You can keep all your important documents safely in one place. Easy to use, fast access, direct acceptance in government offices too. Very helpful app! The app is very slow, documents take a long time to load.

It is ok to be secure, but if you just straight up don't work then there is no point being secure. It does not remember log in and every time I open the app it tells me to log in with otp and such, which does not come.. the app straight up refuses to open if you have developer options on.

Please enable/update the app for usage with the developer settings turned on. Most, if not all apps allow this, including banking apps. I've tried the link you've provided in the email. However, the link simply gives you a list of issues with the apps functionality and not the issue at hand which the inability to use the app while having the developer settings on.
