DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. I had a very disappointing experience with DigiLocker. I wanted to download all of my semester result documents, but it only provided my 3rd to 8th semester results. Even after trying multiple times, I was unable to get my 1st and 2nd semester results. I don't understand why these records are missing while the others are available. This issue is frustrating because I need all of my semester results for official purposes. I hope DigiLocker fixes this problem and ensures that all academic records

if you have an update in your app, can't I just hold that for a minute and take my documents and put them on update. it is not understanding the emergency of documents. if there is a network issue it takes 20-30mins to update, by the time my work should be processed.

I am facing a major issue with this app. Every time I try to link my Aadhaar number, it says it is "already registered" to another account. Because of this error, none of my important documents are loading or showing up. Please fix this bug or help me de-link my Aadhaar so I can access my documents. It is very urgent.
