What a scam of a company. I had a £100 voucher with them, added 126 more to purchase 2 tickets, and that included insurance, "flexibility" fee etc. In the end I had to change my tickets, and they asked £626 for that (!). I canceled my booking and requested a refund. They refunded me a "generous" amount of £55. I'm speachless. How is this legal, is beyond me.

People in costumer service are kind, the rest is stay away if you value your time! Most things can only be done by phone, wait time is long! They are not connected and sync with airline companies or bravo app. So you speak, confirm, price change 5 times, i spent hours on phone while traveling. Horrible app and the system itself, save time and money go to expedia or someone else that most if not all changes can be made in App. I have yet had the pleasure with such a low grade tech!

Horrible app. There's not a single way to contact the customer support. The live chat section in the app only says, please contact the below no. And on calling the number they say they are working on some technical problem. I'm not sure how to get my booking confirmed or get a refund of my payment
