I have installed the app and paid challan for copy my registry but unable to download the registry copy. It say error every time. I tried to share it to my number as well but file which I received is not opening. I reported this issue to complaint cell but haven't got any response.

I’ve been experiencing an issue since yesterday. Whenever I try to log in to my account, I receive a message stating that the login failed for the user BORClrmis because the account is disabled. Can you please tell me what happened with my account and how I can resolve this issue?

Issue is resolved. Now a days services are down in the night due to maintenance (a migration is going on) it will be resolved soon then you will not face this issue and it mostly happened in night. Can you please check during office timing (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM).

successfully registered but on login the system is saying that user does not exist with this number. Even though I recently created account and putting everything correct. Any information from your side would be really appreciated.
