Pocketflip doesn't work on my phone it keeps on saying We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

I really don't see what and why people are frustrated with this app and dont like it... It is a great app and it works just as it should, after downloading it it took me a few days to collect enough coins for a £5 PSN card which was legit and came within a couple of days. The only thing that could be improved is to make the tasks less difficult.

I was able to accumulate enough points to claim a reward. I redeemed one and found that I needed to link my Facebook account. When it redirected me to Facebook, I wasn't able to authorize my account because the login node for Pocketflip to Facebook was broken/blocked. I contacted customer support, and they were able to manually add the reward of my choosing manually. Their customer support is splendid and generally speedy (even out of office hours). I've used this in the past and recommend it :)
