A word search (also called word find, word seek, word sleuth, mystery word puzzle, WordSeek, WordFind, WonderWord, or "Sopas de letras" - Spanish for "Soup of Letters") is a word game that has a grid of letters with words hidden in different directions.

Find the words listed at the top, in the letter grid below. Intersecting words are hidden forwards, backwards, up, down and diagonally. When you have found all the words you have solved the puzzle!

All puzzles work off-line and each puzzle has a theme. Words can be selected forwards or backwards. Multiple sizes are available, ranging from an 8x8 simple game to a challenging 32x32.


Hints for Word Sleuths:

Search for obvious or rarely used letters or double letters in words.

Scan each row for a letter and when it is found, then search the surrounding letters for the next letter in the word.

Ratings and reviews

Just like the books. Very enjoyable. No crazy word find paths just straight lines, up, down, left right and diagonally. Sometimes they are quick to complete and other times they take a little time. Have experienced no glitches or problems just plain straight forward fun and enjoyment.

decent selection of puzzles. i really like how the different words are highlighted on the board; designed very well visually to reduce confusion. would really like it if every puzzle had the option of turning off, or hiding, the list of words at the top; makes more challenging.

Great app! 💜 LOVE it!!! Can't thank y'all enough!! A problem has risen that idk if ur aware or not. Posting this b/c maybe others r having the same problem. The ad's, incld'g banner ad's r using so much, TOO MUCH of my ph's RAM that the app freezes & I have to force it closed, clear cache b4 I can get through one 12x12 puzzle. It happens during the banner ad change. HINT for app users: MOST words r delleps sdrawkcab 😂 (spelled backwards) & r dvlpr's, it's kinda annoying. js
