The initial rollout was not great. (installing the app locked me out of my accounts. couldn't even log in with PC access anymore) but they eventually got us situated, and it worked fine for a while. now 8/2/24 balances are still showing, but transfers don't work anymore. non-functional apps should get 0 stars, but 1 is as low as this rating allows.

very clunky app. it seems there objective is to frustrate the user. it's so secure there is nowhere to see your account number. the info is clipped out or you have to access a hidden part of the app to find it. even the mailers have the account number hidden. please guys, you can do better. cant make payments to them from any other bank account or debit card. have to sign up for a seperate account on their website, select the loan and then make the payment.

Love the app makes banking easier my only issue with it is now they only clear $300 out of a check when you use mobile deposit. And you cannot use this app for the credit cards. You have to call the bank and have them transfer it. Or use it online service separate from this app. If they could go back to clearing the whole check and or doing 300 per check and also make it possible to pay credit card on this app I would give it five stars.
