Includes lots of funnctionality, even tailored a bit to business vs. personal accounts and the login experience is great (remembers multiple accounts and let's you use fingerprint on all of them)! However, navigation is very strange and confusing at times, with about twelve different ways to move money, and not all of them under the "move money" tab. Also, nicknaming your accounts erases the default names, which are the only place to see their type in the app (e.g. money market vs savings).

Always friendly and accurate, great place to bank. I do wish that they would change the drive up window at the Pearl St branch. The drive up window is not accessible by most vehicles, too high, too low, which leaves you having to leave the safety of your car and braving the weather. There are also no $10 dollar bills and no $50's either. In a time of no one taking $100.00 bills, that means you have to get scads of $20.00's or $5.00's. I feel like we are losing some of our great cust. service.

Sound to sound transfer is broken and calling the bank was unhelpful. I was told it was maybe a connection issue (ok, that's very unlikely given all the other functions work over the same connection) and to try the website. I love you guys as a bank but this app needs a bug fix please. I'll change my review to 5 stars when it starts working, I just have essentially no other way to make enough noise to maybe get this fixed.
