App is easy to use, but compared to my previous bank it takes too long for transfers or deposits to post. Previous bank it was almost instantly, this takes about 48 hours even during the work week. Also, the maximum $$ deposit amount in a 30 day period is frustrating because it is difficult to get to the physical location during business hours with my job.

First Citizens has been the best bank I've ever had the pleasure to do business with and I'm 75. The staff is the best and very friendly. I've now moved to Florida and unfortunately I have to close my account once my Social Security is transferred to new account. Wish I could transfer entire bank here. Thank you.
