*Update* Changed my rating to 5 stars. They actually listened to my suggestion. You can now document what a transaction is for in memo spot. Thank you! I would like to see a place to document what your deposit was from, or what your withdrawal is for. No place to write notes like in original banking platform. Otherwise, very easy to use. Just not able to make any documentations.

it would be more useful to me if I could make external account transfers. maybe it is capable but I can't figure it out. I can't pay my credit card bill in app because of this flaw. it's the silliest most useless thing I've ever seen. other than that it's okay. and if im just not catching on to the external transfer section then it's in a untechfriendly place.

The new app is better in most every way, but the picture-taking process for depositing a check is maddening. An annoying voice loudly instructs you to center the phone over the check, then grabs the picture while you are still lining things up. When you have to try again (and you will), the instructions are given each time. For the back, there are additional instructions on what to write on the endorsement line, but those instructions are given only once and quickly. You must exit the "capture the back" mode and re-enter it to see what to write on the check. This would be a 5-star app if the picture-capture process could be smoothed out and made less annoying.
