Bill Pay was ruined by the last so called "upgrade". Now, the "pay" screen has too small a window, so it's difficult to view the vendors. Also, there have been terrible problems regarding payments to the City of Columbia. The upgrade only had the option to pay by check, which was useless as it often made payments late. Last month, I was excited to receive notice that the City of Columbia could now be made electronically. My payment was returned.

The updates on money spent should happened sooner. I have several cards that shows the "new balance" immediately after spending or paying some on the balance. Why yall take 3 days to update is beyond me! My best guess is that gets yall a lot of $30 overdraft fees. Maybe yall lack the technology to be more accurate sooner. At the end of the day it's on me to keep track of what I've spent, so whatever I guess 🤷 I still love yall.

Safe Federal Credit Union App is absolutely! It's so easy to pay my bills online! I see all my translations. It is easy to keep up with my balance, and if I see anything that looks suspicious! It is so easy to move my money from one account to around! Thank you, SAFE Federal Credit Union! I absolutely positively love my bank
