Overall it works good. My only complaint is about the mobile deposit function. The auto capture mode is very finicky to get the image. It shows an outline of where to hold your check but in my experience, you have to hold the phone back further than the outline to get the photo to capture. I get frustrated with the auto capture and just switch to manual mode. The auto capture is fussy about the lighting as well as the angle you hold your phone. This feature needs improvement in my opinion.

App is always down and the push notifications don't work properly. I will always get my alerts at the end of the day or even a day later. The Check scan tool is complicated and the few times I have used it, I ended up needing to take the check to a teller anyways.

It's completely ridiculous that you have to write a check, deposit it into your DE savings account and wait for it to clear before you can pay your truck loan. Every other bill I pay allows the convenience of making a direct payment from my checking account. Inconvenience is not a good way to maintain people's business.
