I'v tried multiple times to use this app and somehow it never works. I have installed and uninstalled probably 15 times (yeah I know it sounds pathetic) for around 4 years just to see if I could get finally to use it... but no luck. Also I signed up, and for these long 4 years I've tried to use the actual password (that I created for the first time), and it doesn't take it. I've tried to use the "forgot password" multiple x and never sends me the email to reset the password 🙃 man... I give up!

I like this app, once we enter all our meds etc, it'll be easy to reorder, ask questions, change pick up, drop off, etc... it's a great app. only thing I would suggest is that there be a medication name/rx # index in our personal profiles. by doing that when we have only the Rx # showing we can match it to the name without looking at all the bottles to identify it...

Notifications to take meds are useless. No sound alarm. Just shows up at top of screen. If there is no audio alarm and I am not actively on my phone I won't get the notification until I look at my phone screen again. I searched and searched the whole app, even went into phone settings under apps. Saw nothing about reminders exept time to set them. Nothing about alarms. Other than that it seems fine. But that is a huge problem to have for anyone who is forgetful or just gets busy.
