The lists have no option to sort chronologically or alphabetically. The same prescription shows multiple times and places, so the entire list must be scanned to see the most recent refill for any given prescription. The links are one way, to the pharmacy. There is no information sent back to the user from the pharmacy: if it is ready, delayed. Every order requires a phone call to see if it's ready for pickup. In this more rural area where I live, I cannot assume anything is ready.

I like the app, except that I can't see if/when my refill request has been filled and is ready for pickup. That would be very helpful, along with any exceptions as to why it hasn't been filled yet; insurance issue, out of stock, etc

App. The Delete option doesn't work. Have tried to delete old expired prescriptions 2 ways. They keep showing back up.🙁 Fixing to delete this app and change to a different Pharmacy. Why have a app that's not fully accurate functional ??? Especially when it's medical and concerns someone's health.
