Trying to load my smile wallet today, the money has not been deposited into my wallet despite the e-transfer was successfully deposited. I contacted customer service, first by phone and they said they will check the invoice and email back later. Next, I reached out through the in app chat and they requested further screenshots of the money was successfully sent to them, and then they went silent. Horrible customer service in general. Giving them another day or reporting fraud to my bank

Terrible Customer Support. Been almost 3 months since my account was limited, and the evaluation process just don't go anywhere. They just keep saying wait, wait, wait, ask the same question over and over again everytime I ask about the update on the process. I even signed some statement letter but the process is just back to square ones. What a waste of time. Very terrible experience, not recommended the app.
