I have edited my review for this app several times, and am now gradually coming to terms with it. When it succeeds in contacting the Nissan server, it provides useful information, but since it uses SMS messaging to do that, it can be frustratingly slow. If you live in a poor reception area then it may be impossible to find your current charge level - vital information! The contrast between the technology of the vehicle (which I love) and this support app is stark.

Impossible to use. After wasting a lot of time, I have now managed to create an account and add a car. Even that was not almost too much: I have needed to consume several email addresses before one of my accounts accepted the car ID. Still the app just says that user ID or password are incorrect. For the accounts with other emails, the user name and password are good but I cannot sign in because those accounts do not have any cars. Really frustrating!

Already a very basic app - only useful for checkin charging status and turning on the heating - cooling - it cannot run on two separate phones, so every time my husband connected, I was disconnected and the other way round. Now it stopped working altogether, saying that I don't have an active subscription. Truly disappointed. A huge stain on Nissan image.
