A useful app, when it works. Handy to check state of charge and start remote cabin heating in cold weather. Plus its free, unlike some other car makers. But the problem is that it often appears to be down. As I type this review in Nov 2023, I have been unable to update/refresh the data in 8 days.

I will never buy another Nissan. The car is great and I hear you say. It's only an app. But it's not only an app, it's the way Nissan allows this and their lousy customer service department who don't have a clue what they are doing. I found myself swearing out of frustration today down the phone as the guy on the other end seemed to get enjoyment out of winding me up. Months this has been going on and all I want is to defrost my windscreen so I can get home earlier after work. Awful.

A truly slow and awful app to use, to the point I avoid using it. Only saving grace is that it is useful to be able to defrost the car on a cold day. But now it doesn't work at all.
