Several times I reached out to figure out why my Identification verification submissions were still "Waiting to be reviewed..." Not once did I receive even the standard "Help Ticket Created" confirmation websites and/or apps usually send as soon as you submit a help ticket to them. So frustrating...

Using this app for around 2 years. The first version was slow and had some issues, although worked if you are patient and willing to do extra work. You really should have testers before relasing versions. Wit h the version released, the KYC is yet to be approved (weeks). The daily tasks to gain coins do work, but the coins appear after some time. Please fix the bugs and test properly. Shouldn't be difficult if you reached this stage of development. You've been losing users.

No miner at all!?! Whole app has changed to a browser? I don't need a browser that earns coin, because I don't use a browser that often. Not going to delete it yet, I like where you are going with the whole minego network. But can we get a miner back? Update: Back in business with the mining!! New sleek look, I'm really digging it.
