A good app but needs improvements I really like this app and it is useful that you can use it to save bookmarks that can be accessed by multiple browsers. What's frustrating is that any changes made doesn't save at all which makes this app very useless. Some of my items (bookmarks etc.) are missing and there's no option to see the list of tags. This will make finding bookmarks easier. Right now, bookmarks are not organized and all you get is just a long list! Please add the ability to see all the tags used as a clickable list.
Diigo is the best idea since popcorn. Not only that, the android app itself is easy to use, stable, and syncs properly across all my devices. Diigo is the tool for both students, professionals, and anyone that uses the internet. Having the ability to highlight, bookmark, notate, and add sites to your reading list is life changing. For work, I am able to mark apps I am researching, troubleshooting tips, best practices, etc, and with tags, I can flag each bookmark for easy access when I need it next. I use outliners to collect my research by use case, for easy presentation and reference in meetings. Then for my personal use, I am able to mark recipes with reviews and thoughts on how to adjust them next time, blog post ideas, the list goes on and on. This app is just so freaking snazzy!
I love Diigo but... This app really needs some more dev time as it's hardly been touched since inception. Diigo also need to read the reviews on here and listen to what is frustrating us because this is so close to being turned from a 3 star app to a 5 star app. It freezes and crashes far more often than it should and doesn't really integrate with anything. It's a bit of a buggy island tbh. Edit: it also almost never synchronizes, telling me there is no internet connection when there really is.
Good idea, poor execution. I've been an ever note user for awhile but really needed page markup functionality, I.e. being able to leave and share notes on any webpage. Diego does provide that and more. Unfortunately it doesn't support a realistic multi-device workflow. I do a lot of research and review work in a browser on an Android tablet but diigo does not support that. I can see my notes in a diigo app but cannot create new ones in a browser..Firefox addon is incompatible with FF for Android. it's a shame.
Fail on mobile Long time user of diigo web the perfect bookmarking utilities. On the mobile its a fail...why include your own browser if it is not functional?
Not as bad as others describe, but due need some improvement! In a word, sometimes it would great, and other times it simply frustrates!
