Worst app, not able to reserve table, though able to reserve one from other app. Waited for 45 mins and it got cancelled. No one replied on call for 15 mins .. no answer on chat. Why the hell u keep on sending too many SMS daily if you can't deliver what you offer. Not at all recommended

The app's concept is good. But the execution and the implementation is below par. Like most startups, even these guys don't have the most basic customer support standards. TAT for bill uploads or complaints are never met and the app leaves a sour taste overall. Uploaded bills are rejected for weird reasons.

Cheater App. Reserved a table for 12 at a fancy restaurant n was told to upload bill after the meals. But could not do so. Later was told that there's no upload facility for that fancy restaurant. Wasted time n made a fool of me there.

Probably the Best Dining App with Good Deals.There are few things which they need to FIX. I will Highlight them 1) Hotels & Restaurants listed in App which Accept SmartPay are few. { I had to Travel total 24 kms for the listed Restaurant} 2) Menu Info Pricing turned out to be Incorrect.I had ordered Mushroom Tawa Masala priced Rs 260 in Dineout App. In Hotel it was priced Rs 395 { Difference is Big }.I was disappointed because I'm Money Conscious. 3} They should List Restaurants which are Inexpensive too. Other then that Dineout is a Great App to have for Foodies.I would like to Thank them for Crediting Rs 250 into my Earnings

This is the most fake app the app does not provide any reservations or discounts...even the service of the customer care is not good at all they are not trained properly how to speak with client who make the reservation from their app. There are many good apps like nearby app, little app. than this fake app pls try them but not this their service is also good.

very poor location detection service. most of the time the app doesn't allow to upload bill despite of being in the restaurant. And if somehow the bill gets uploaded, it gets rejected with message as "Image not clear" ( clicked with 16MP camera of Samsung Galaxy Note 4). And also terrible customer management service.

For the second time in a row, the Dineout app failed to deliver what's promised. Last time it rejected my uploaded bill. This time the restaurant(Chili's in Acropolis Mall) rejected the reservation through the app even though I got dozens of confirmation message from Dineout and reached there sharp on time. I was told that they don't accept Dineout reservation on Sundays and nowhere this was mentioned in the App. I think it's time to delete the useless app and free up some space.

We had done boking from the dineout app and as per the app u vl receive some % discount on your total billing.But let me inform u all that they will give u the confirmation about your booking only & rest will be not given by dineout app.And when u contact the customercare number even they will not help to sort out the things.Please dont use this app at all.

Credits expiry can be changed to 1 year
