Its a very convenient app. Makes the table reservation very easy and simple. Also, being a college student it is pocket friendly as well with its special deals and cashback on the bill amount. So, eating in my favourite restaurant is a just a click away and very easy.

They didn't even had the courtesy to extend the validity if Dineout earnings for long time customer. Arrogant customer service. I wish I could give ZERO rating
App is user friendly but there is some glitch if booking denied its not visible to restaurants backend. Also deny should not be allowed once accepted. It happened with us once accepted the app modified to denied as we reached restaurant. Deny should not be allowed less than 90 minutes.
Its an amazing app for food lovers..gives you great deals plus more cashback as compare to others...must try..also it has almost covering all the cafe's in delhi ncr..so u can go and enjoy and explore more and more new place...5 star!!
Its a really great app. It is very user friendly as u can get a range of restaurants to choose from which are around your locality under one roof. It gives many amazing cashback and discount offers which is also why it is a commendable app. Kudos!!
Its an amazing app for pre booking in restaurants. Wide range of restaurants and all are of good quality. The app provides us with information of near by restaurants which is very helpfull. We Regularly get updates of offres and discount. One must try this app.
The app per se is pretty ok. It offers a good discount at many nice restaurants and the menus are right there online so you can check out the food before you go. Please don't trust the reviewers on the app though - I can say without hesitation that they are not fooddies. Instead of rating a place on the only thing that matters - Food - they rate it on all kind of peripheral stuff. But my major grouse is about the terrible customer service from these guys. They recently rolled out a feature where you can pre book a table at a restaurant by paying a large amount upfront. They confidently assure you that any difference in the final bill amount will be credited back to your account. So I used this feature a couple of weeks ago. The bill amount was less than what I had posted while pre booking. The cashier at the restaurant and me that the excess would be refunded by dineout. Then the fun began. Dineout keeps sending me emails saying I should be patient while they sort things out. They asked for a copy of the bill; which I sent. But no sign of my money yet. Take my advice and steer clear of using any of their so called"advanced" features. They are rolling them out on the public without testing them. And don't expect any help from the customer care because you are not going to get any.
